OUR TEAM

The success of Motion Electric lies within the competence and dedication of our people. We employ a group of skilled trades people who are all very experienced in the repair of electric motors and generators. Our shop floor employees are fully supported by seven technical staff, which includes three rotating equipment electrical engineers and one outside technical sales representative.

Bill Perivolaris – Company President

Bill has over 40 years experience on the shop floor and in supervisory positions. He has a comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of high voltage coil manufacture and rewinding. Bill plays a key role in the management of the coil manufacturing department.

Larry Strilchuk, PENG – Engineering

Larry has worked in the electrical apparatus service industry for over 30 years and has extensive engineering experience on all aspects of rotating electrical equipment. He is involved in reviewing specifications and providing technical support to the company operations.

Joe Galati – Mechanical Department Manager

Joe has over 30 years experience as a journeyman mechanic and supervisor. Joe manages and coordinates all mechanical and other related activities within the workshop.

Frank Giampietro – Winding Department Manager

Frank manages the winding department and has over 30 years of both hands on and supervisory experience in the rewinding of a wide range of AC and DC electrical rotating equipment.

Edan Garcia, C.E.T. – Engineering and Quality Manager

Edan has 20 years experience in the electrical apparatus service industry. He is responsible for reviewing technical specifications, generating root cause failure analysis reports and managing our ISO 9001 Quality Management Program.

Frank Padula, PENG – Engineering and Business Development

Frank has 15 years experience working in the electric motor and generator repair industry in Australia and Canada. Frank’s responsibilities include providing technical support to the company operations and developing project opportunities.

Keith Seyler – Technical Sales Representative

Keith has over 30 years experience in the electric motor repair industry and is responsible for outside sales.
